I thought I'd let you in on something about the Mew Glitch.  Originally, the creator of Mew (forgot his name...) had put Mew in, but he didn't want anyone else to know, so he inserted the "Mew Glitch" without the design team's knowledge until he showed it to them.  I know he was one of the main game designers (I'm pretty sure, at least) which is also why his favorite pokemon Mew is the only pokemon that is able to learn all moves from TMs.

Just some random fact.
