Questionable Material
NO posting of pornographic material
 be it Hentai, Doujin, Comics, **** Videos, fanfics, pictures or links to such material.
Pornographic content is anything about "The Nasty" (sex) in detail. It is also anything detailing private parts of a persons body. This includes a girls chest, or anything showing TOO MUCH clea***e. Occasional Butt cheeks (In a NON SEXUAL or GORE or Bathroom Only Nature) is okay as long as it doesn't show anything coming out of it, going in to it, people getting excited over it, or a view of other private parts. It also means no posting anything having to do with "Toys and Books and games that only Mommy and daddy can play"
There are underage people viewing this forum and all pry0citer media. Therefor if this material, is posted it is considered Illegal.  So Don't do it.

NO potentially disturbing material.
 This includes pornography (see above), virus', links to unsafe websites, unsafe downloads, Gore (pictures of dead, dying or tortured animals and/or people , pictures of bodily excretions {From excess blood, to poop} or stories of events describing the above)  excessive cursing, or Racism.
   NOTE: There is a thin line between stereotypical and prejudice statements. If you are going to make a "statement" about a certain group (sex, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation) You better make sure that the people viewing it don't get offended, that you state it is a joke, and that it isn't past an "Oh Snap" on the offensive meter. We all know that jokes are funny, but "RACE WARS" threads or continuous jokes about a certain type of people WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. There is a reason we tell those jokes in private, or let the pro comedians do it.
NO Advertising. YOU MAY NOT advertise without an administrators/Global Moderators permission.

Behavior

NO trolling.
 This means "bullying" another member of this website. it includes Cursing, or repeatedly upsetting them on purpose.

NO flaming.
 Flaming is excessive swearing, or saying offensive statements. It also means don't bypass the word censor too much. (By a Moderator or Administrators decision)
It also means NO flame-baiting, which is trying to get somebody else to Flame you or a 3rd party.

NO making alternate accounts.
UNLESS you have forgotten your password and cannot get it back, but before making an alt please e-mail us(Pry0citerJohn@gmail.com), so we can possibly get your password back.

Fanpages
Please do not make a page for us on Social Networking sites (A Skype, ooVoo, Google, Yahoo, FaceBook, Twitter, YouTube, ICQ UIN, or any other Social Networking/Media Sharing website)

Intellectual Property
You are also agreeing that you WILL NOT use ANY material on this site for profit, you will not advertise this website on other websites, or reproduce original material found on Pry0citer.webs.com or Pry0citer.smfnew.com. The only exception of this is at "pry0citer"'s permission, and in most cases, (pretty much all) you will NEVER be able to share material on this website. Spamming
Spamming is posting just for getting into the higher member group, posting the same thing over and over again, or posting more than once in a row within a period of 3 days.  There is an edit button for a reason.

Private Messaging and E-Mail
If you have a problem please PM a mod/GMod/Admin or Email us. If you spam our PMs, insult us over PM/email or Email us about anything that isn't about User Support then you are in trouble. I understand that sometimes you may just want to talk to us, ut over our websites official E-Mail is not the way. And if you are using PMs, please don't cling to us because we have to spend time deleting Ads, or making articles, and while we love to hear from you, ANYBODY would get annoyed at you PMing them 24/7.

With this said... that doesn't mean we don't want to hear from you! I (personally) would love site feedback or the occasional conversation in a PM setting.

Memberating
You can say inb4ban or Post that somewhere else, or "You can't post that stuff here! Edit your Post!" without adding something something to the conversation. So you could say
"Wow you're gonna get banned for that link to your YouTube channel, but I liked your video". If you want to JUST memberate, then send the user a PM.

Grammar and Spelling
Don't Leet speak in every post. As the occasional joke is fine, but if you do it too much, you're in trouble.
And if you spell a word wrong, don't freak out, but there is a Spell Check for a reason.

On the other hand, incorrect grammar can be an eye sore, so try to post nicely, and part of this falls into Memberating:
DON'T BE A GRAMMAR NAZI. Please Don't correct grammatical mistakes excessively unless other members really can't interpret the post.

Stay on Topic
Every Board is titled what it is for a reason. So don't go posting Pokemon stuff in the Xbox boards. And stay on the topic of the thread. If the thread is about Ponys and Raimbows, and it is in the Nintendo boards... that doesn't mean you don't post. Just report the thread to a mod and the mod will move the conversation and warn the poster. Just because it isn't in the right section, doesn't mean you can't have conversations. But don't do it on purpose. Also: Don't go off topic in a thread.  EXCEPTIONS: If the thread starter has no problem with it AND you are not the only one De-Railing the thread. But still... keep it Board appropriate. (So no de-railing to Sony type things in the Nintendo Boards etc.)

Banning and Warnings
Just like in real life: If you break the law and get caught, you go to jail.
Well if you break our site rules you go to HELL and get the Banned Membergroup.
BANNED means you can't post in any forum except one: HELL. Where you are allowed to Troll and Flame in a light manner. And if it gets to offensive then Hell gets Deleted for the amount of time the offense would be bannable. If you get banned from hell it means you have been Deleted or IP Banned. If you have been deleted DONT MAKE ANOTHER ACCOUNT. And if you have been IP banned you can't login to the site EVER again. OR make another account. If you are IPd from the forums you will be deleted from the Main site as well.

Punishments
The site follows a 3 strikes and your out policy, but certain things carry different "Strike" values. Get 3 strikes and you're banned for One Week. Get more than 3 and you are banned at a Mods Decision (length of ban), and get more than 7 strikes and you are Perma Banned. More than 9 and you are IPd.   Ofcourse this isn't set in stone. Just because you only got 2 strikes doesn't mean I won't ban you, and just because you got  6 doesn't mean you won't be Perma'd.

Pornography (Visual/Audio) = 6 strikes
Pornography (Text)= 3 strikes.
Gore=3 strikes
Unsafe websites/Downloads/Virus'= deppending on the member it can range from the message being removed and 1 strike to the thread being deleted and 7 strikes.
Excessive Cursing = 1 strike
Racism= 1-3 strikes
Advertising= depending on member: 1 strike and message removed to Perma Ban and Thread deleted.
Trolling= 1 strike per person trolled
Flaming= 2 strikes for each person flamed, and 1 strike for Flame baiting. 1 strike for response flaming and a full 3 strikes for staring as flame war.
Alts= Without permission, an Alternate Account can land your original account a full 7 strikes, and will get your alt perma banned as well
Fan Sites= If on Twitter/Facebook or other media sharing/social networking sites than the site must be taken down, and you can be anything from 3 strikes to 10 strikes.
Stealing our IP/articles= depending on the member: 3 strikes to 7 strikes, and if it is on a website you don't own, we will request for it to be taken down by the site owners/mod.
Spamming= 1-3 strikes.
Off Topic/Annoying PMing/Emailing of a Mod or admin= 1 strike.
Memberating= 1 strike
Being Off Topic= 1 strike
Grammar (excessive Leet Speak/being a grammar nazi) = 1 strike.

We also follow a "banning season". Which means if you get banned more than 3 different times, an the total is 10 or above strikes, you get Perma'd.
And at the end of every season, you are wiped clean of all of your strikes (EXCEPT PERMA BANNED AND IP BANNED)
Getting Banned as  a Mod or an EPIC will make you loose your status. And if you are a GMod, then you will be temporarily moved down to normal member, and I will decide if you can keep your power, and how much of it.
On the end of the Banning Season: Perma banned people may be let out for one day, if they behave and actively post in hell, and show they want to come back. From there it must be a unanimous vote by the Mods, GMods and Admins if you are to return. (You can never be an EPIC, Mod or GMod or Admin) If you ever get banned after being released from a perma, you will FOREVER be perma banned. If you have a limited time ban, and you are still banned on the end of Season Day, you get out early, and keep Two strikes until the end of your term would have been.


Membergroups
There are Many different Member groups, and you have already heard of some of them
Epics, Mods, Admins and banned Members.
New Members: Under 50 posts. They have limited Private Messages, and must fill out a security form after the first few posts and PMS. They also don't have a MemberSymbol. They can't view the archive either.
All the other post based member groups get better and better: After New Member you get a Member badge that is a empty star, you get more PMs allowed, you can view Archive and no security checks. After the first few groups, you get unlimited PMs, Gold Stars and cooler titles.  For Veteran member: You get shiny, Rotating Gold Stars.
EPIC members: Get colored names, an EPIC title, colored, shiny spinning stars and an Exclusive board called High Society. Only Mods, Admins and EPICs can post there.
Moderator: Get special permissions in some boards. They can ban members from there assigned board,  edit other members post, get more colored shiny, spiny stars. Mods, GMods and Admins can also post in the Pry0citer HQ board.
Global Moderator: Moderators, that get powers all around the forum, and get moderator powers on the main site as well. They get more stars.
Administrator: only for me, and my most trusted and known acquaintances. We get 10 Black Stars for our Memberbadge, and we can edit the forums or site however we want. All Admins except me get Moderator permissions on the main site as well. Admins can also set up Social Networking pages/accounts for Pry0citer. No other type of member can do that!  What an administrator says is law, but what i say is word of god. The admin Pry0citer can delete other Admins, and has more authority than other mods.

New Members: Please make a thread in the Introduce yourself forum, to get a feel for posting, and so you can meet people.
